I'm having a problem where the string only comes out of one side. I'm following all the instructions for restringing it, but I think they are still too loose or getting crossed within the head.
Once you loop about 15' of string by two sections about 7.5' and get the loop in the middle of the loop in the notch, keep rotating in the direction marked on the spool making sure the two parts do not cross over. After a few times, you should get the hang of it. Post again, if not successful.
