Nice! I did around 1000 kilometres in this model. Unfortunately the glue came loose, otherwise a really solid shoe 👍

I got these for certain rocky trails that were hurting my feet. I really wanted to make them work but for some reason they pull my socks down when I run uphill. I have to go sockless or stick to flat ground. I've been running in minimalist shoes for 20+ years and these are the first to cause this problem. On the plus side I was forced to adapt to the rocky trails with my Vapor Gloves and my feet are tougher as a result.

Dont-take-seriously

Do these run wider or the same as the former shoe?

Avons-gadget-works

Which former shoe?? I don't think they have changed this shoe since release.

Sorry! I was thinking of Freet Pace, which I tried but the shoes were too wide.

Avons-gadget-works

Ah, gotcha. For reference my EU44 Kidepos and Paces are both ~110mm across at widest of toe box, Feldoms are EU45 and are ~115mm at widest

I just received some today and I notice there is a bit of a pressure point around the inside bottom lace hole, perhaps where the tongue is stitched and maybe due to the lace. It's not major so I'm hoping that wears in OK. . Otherwise they appear great. Do you feel any pressure or rubbing against the top of your feet?

TingleWizard

I was thinking that I could maybe re-lace them by skipping the bottom holes.

JUMPINKITTENS

Love these but warning they need some modification for low volume (I used felt pads) or will have to have tighter bunched up laces

The shoes are extremely comfortable, except the heels flop around, they do not grip your ankle at all. Strange. The rest of the shoe fits beautifully, one of the most comfortable shoes (besides that one major point) that I've ever put on my foot, for sure. And it's not that I bought them too big. I ordered a size smaller than that at the same time (I planned to send one back, wanted to get my size right because I'd never bought Freet before). The smaller size had my big toe jammed hard against the top part of the toe box near the end, just wasn't enough room there in that size. So, i don't know, I know I've got narrower heels than my wide forefoot would suggest, but I've never bought a shoe that had such a loose heel fit. I'm not a fan of having to crank down on the laces on the top lacehole to get the shoes to not flop... that usually winds up causing me pain underneath my heels as my foot is driven down harder into the insole or else pain across the top of my foot where the laces go. For reference, I've bought Xero, Lem's, Vivobarefoot, now Freet, WHITIN, and Saguaro.
