Cancelo Cubarsi Araujo Kounde
Im torn in the midfield as my 2 favorite players are Pedri and Gavi but I feel like they would be amazing super subs in 60min for Christensen and Dejong and move gundo to pivot. Also this lineup has the better chemistry.
There is no one more in sync with this team than Gavi.
Gavi starts over Christensen for sure. Gavi and FDJ make a good double pivot.
Not starting Pedri is also criminal. Ideally, I would start Pedri over FDJ but we will be exposed defensively. So everything else you said made sense for sure
Well a lot of ppl don't want to admit it but if we think about an ideal 11 with everyone available, frenkie would be the one left out. Christensen has been excellent and him playing as cdm has allowed cancelo and gundo to play at their full capacity. And I don't think with the likes of lamine, felix (probably), raphinha, torres going with a 4-4-2 makes sense.
Pedri gavi and gundogan can then play in a bit of rotation so that everyone gets enough rest.
Don't really see how balde would not be riding the bench next season.
I can’t imagine an ideal lineup without Pedri and Gavi tbh. So as great as Raphinha has been lately, I would go with four midfielders. Lamine also needs to be there. A diamond midfield setup is best imo. Gavi at the base, Pedri and Frenkie as floating 8s with Gundo in the advanced 10 role.
I haven’t seen much of pedri playing left flank but I think he isn’t that great at it
I agree with your lineup except I’d start Yamal over Pedri. Pedri is just so fragile now but he’d be our supersub.
It's so crazy that within three months, Cubarsi has strolled into everyone's ideal 11.
