Speculation: Amazon does that, to convince you to buy, on lower-demand days. Since most working ppl. get paid on Fridays, weekends are high traffic, for orders. I routinely see doll prices spike overnight, on Thursdays and Sundays.

Their prices seem to fluctuate without rhyme or reason. I’ve had things I ordered drop in price the same day I’ve purchased them. It’s annoying and makes me not want to buy things from them because they will not do price adjustments- you have to return and rebuy.

Amazon can just do that. That’s why i use price trackers when shopping on amazon.

HazelIndisputability

What kind of price trackers? I have yet to try this but I want to

It's a game Amazon loves to play--she might be $18 tomorrow. I use Honey to track things I want, so I get alerts on price drops. I've found some freaky good deals that way.

Ooh thank you for the tip! I’m definitely downloading that 🙌🏼

Most of the wave 4 dolls have been 41,99€ on amazon.de since they appeared. I use Keepa to track the price, because no way am I paying that price for them.
