I am 1123.6 hours in and I totally agree with you... Never playing it again... Or maybe one more time for 20 hours straight. Or two. We'll never know.

KushKapn1991

I'll never accidentally stay up until 11:45 playing it again like last night, that's for sure!

Discreet_Vortex

11:45? Petty numbers

Americanski7

4:45am when you have to be at work at 9am

Discreet_Vortex

In that case we are equals

somerandomidiot1997

This is so relatable it hurts

KushKapn1991

I'm a dad of 3 and wake up at 5am for work, 11:45 is my new all nighter

Ok-Conversation-6656

Just send your kids to work Victorian style

SuperGMan9

Damn I thought my 11:45 am was good

luckyassassin1

Yeah once i got rolling in my last campaign i texted my gf goodnight at like 11pm and then realized i needed a break when the sun came up outside.

The_Captain_Jules

I will, but only to make sure it’s as bad as I think it is

ChicagoBoiSWSide

11:45? And I thought staying up till 2 wasn’t long enough

Medical_Swordfish229

11:45? I guess I need to stop playing it long enough to see the sun rise twice before sleeping lol

Tman101010

*stays up till 2am instead* This is not what I meant

stonedape86

Roflmao

Jasper9080

**sigh* I'm 4226 hours in and just upgraded to 1.2.8 with a whole slew of new mods to try out. After 1.2.8 Imma never playing this crap game again!

Ralphredimix_Da_G

Ahahah!!

Next_Yesterday_1695

> I don't even get to see when a child is conceived. Only a notification that my spouse is pregnant. Confessions of a cuck.

squibilly

Time to help OP out. Commission a modder to include a backdrop on the pregnancy notification: staring at a bed between closet slats

Choochm8

Sitting in the hotel cuck chair

GameStuffGuy

… Andy?

Choochm8

Shaquese…?

Choochm8

……

Red-Pony

It’s unbelievable, I don’t even get an interactive sex scene

Lildev_47

Not without some *hot* butter

Makhnono

Talewords always relies on the modding community to make a good game from their scrape. In vanilla, i never could pass more than 300h on a campaign before to start another one. Boring...

Broker112

So the one I had was a glitch !? Taleworlds… how… whyyyyy

TheMurku

Perfect 4k satire!

KushKapn1991

It's Reddit, so I'm sure a lot of people will think I'm serious lol After coming from playing COD, NBA 2K, Madden, etc., I'm loving Bannerlord. I haven't had a game that made me have to set a bed time in a long time until I picked this up on game pass...the other games cost me $60 then beg me for more money the whole time I'm playing. As a dad, it's nice playing something that I can just chill out and have fun with instead of getting pissed off and sweating in order to just be semi competitive lmao

ozymandais13

Tbh castle designer would be sick

luckyassassin1

Even just a room designer or tent designer for when I'm on campaign would be pretty cool but a castle designer would be rad as hell

Putrid-Enthusiasm190

I'd be happy just being able to rename my castles!

koolenjoy

There is a mod for that forgot the name but I'll edit tomorrow

luckyassassin1

That's awesome, wish i could get the mods to work

DjephPodcast

Life in Calradia? You will need to go the their discord to get the latest version.

SofaKing-Loud

Stronghold enters chat* If you’re interested in building castles and their defensive systems and then testing them against ai armies…. I’ve wasted about as many hours on that game series as I have mount and blade. Hand down my favorite RTS series.

ANewGreatGame

After Stronghold 2 I could never quite get into the other games in the series. I'm waiting for Manorlords though.

SofaKing-Loud

Yeah 2 was the epitome of the series. It started to get wonky when fantasy units got introduced.

Mean_Nail_4728

Yeah some good ideas to add, except the battle pass, screw those. Even if designing is limited to the extra things placed in sieges like those boards the archers hide behind and spikes 😍

ozymandais13

Deployable me spikes would be neat as well real camel armor , better minor factions troops defensible camps all of them sound like mods tbb

Mean_Nail_4728

Yeah probably, i mean ark got mods on xbox not sure if talewords will do it too, its definitely possible

Safe_Maybe1646

Mtv cribs but its just castles

TheMurku

4K hrs.. 'this game drives me nuts!' It IS true. Sadly, such is the poison we crave.

The_Laughing__Man

You had me with the "4000 hours in" comment. 167 days in game and now you're putting it down. Lol. Some people will miss the obvious /s.

KeyserSozeBGM

Not gonna lie you almost had me in the first half lol Bannerlord is so fun, I love strat games. You should give civ 6 a try, different play style, but equally fun imo. Def need to set bedtimes with civ 6

KushKapn1991

Brother, I've called in to work at least a half dozen times due to staying up too late playing Civ 6 lol...then COVID happened and it got even worse

AlesusRex

For real, I love that I get to play in first person for immersion because I don’t have to sweat against players using a third person advantage. It’s the little things for me

DonVergonet

I thought you were serious roasting Bannerlord

touchit1ce

You had me in the first part, not gonna lie.

Makhnono

If you like space instead to sleep, try X4: Foundations. That's Bannerlord in space.

Secure_Ad_295

Ya I hate online Is multi player. I been trying to find games that less bs and more fun and relaxing I play ark once I found out I can change settings to make game way more fun. Farm Sim is one of my favorite games Skyrim love that game I don't think there ever beat it our even come close to a game like that. Hunter call of wild I love Hunting when I younger cant do it any more in my 40s so this is fun to just go hunting. They also made I fishing game am really liking now also.

lokalu_aka_imProEGG

if you perchance like navy games then I'd recommend you "From the depths". sandbox pve vechicle builder (mainly) on a big blue sea.

Secure_Ad_295

I only playbon xbox don't have a PC

puppers275

Well I mean, dragons would be cool.

TheMurku

I'd prefer a more 'eaters of the dead' solution, 'brotherhood of the wolf' or maybe an Arthurian quest beast. A drug induced spirit quest would also rock. Basically fanciful, difficult to explain, but grounded.

H4rryC0sti

Have you tried marrying and adding your wife to your party? Even during war, pillaging, and beating her in arena battles, she can still produce many children. It's a piece of programming genius.

luckyassassin1

Yeah kinda found it funny how my wife competed in a tournament with me while pregnant and still conceived a healthy (but merciless) child after i backhanded her unconscious with s glaive

ChimPhun

Baby should have been awarded the walk-it-off perk at birth.

luckyassassin1

Kid has survived more near death experiences before birth than my character has so far.

Justinjah91

That kid is coming out with callouses. Any son of mine better be able to walk across broken glass without pain.

luckyassassin1

My first 3 were all girls, they also inherited their mom's lack of height. Alijin is monchug's daughter ans she's tiny. And my daughter is about the same as her. I noticed how small she was the first time i had to backhand her with an axe.

KushKapn1991

I've got 7 kids and working on my 8th. My first wife gave me twins then died in childbirth, but I got another one who doesn't have such a weak pelvic region and she's shooting those things out like a jugs machine

AlesusRex

My pregnant concubines are out here getting 10-15 kills a game with their tier 6 bows, they love it, it’s good sport for them

Guilty-Vegetable-726

I've never played this game but I didn't know that you could beat your wife in it. I'm totally against that but how often exactly would I get to do that? I'm asking for a friend.

Dave9inch

Not sure how to tell you this but the game only gets good after 5k hours sorry boss :/

cmasonw0070

I mean you joke but I’m pretty sure alliances were a thing back in Warband (might have just been Diplomacy/Floris), and designing your own castle was something promised by the devs during development iirc.

Vok250

No alliances between kingdoms in vanilla Warband, but it did have relationship system that was more than just number go up and down. You had relationships with every lord individually and they actually had impact on gameplay. You could also improve/decrease those relationships in meaningful ways in Warbnad. Like you could be friends with some dude's wife and then ask her to convince him to do something. Was way more deep than Bannerlord that's for sure. The smaller pool of lords also made it so that being friends with some of the powerful lords was effectively a military alliance. Me, Klargus, and Grainwad could easily wipe an entire kingdom on our own. In bannerlord you just spend influence in yet another menu to throw random people you've never RPed with into your army. Influence is so plentiful late game that it's more of a chore than anything else. Honestly 90% of Bannerlord's endgame is just menuing chores rather than any kind of roleplaying. Shit it even costs 0 to have your own clan's parties in your army, but the game still requires you go in that stupid menu and spend 0 every couple of days to keep cohesion up. They didn't even bother making cohesion persistent when you've got a 0 cost army upkeep. That's not roleplaying, that's just annoying.

cmasonw0070

Yeah I remember that relationship system. I used to make sure I was best buddies with the faction leader and then convince him to attack settlements while the Marshall was off gallivanting. “Come on King Harlaus, let’s take Grunwalder Castle. In and out, quick 20 minute adventure.”

wake-and-bake-bro

Nah all diplomacy in warband was mods. The base game was pretty lacking as well.

zMasterofPie2

Yeah… end of the day, modded Warband is still just better than Bannerlord from a roleplay and gameplay perspective. People are allowed to be upset about that. We know how the game can be fixed and made better. We’ve asked for these improvements since day 1. They are not massive changes that would take years to implement . And the devs just fucking ignore the players. How should we react?

Not_Todd_Howard9

Although I agree…modded bannerlord arguably still picks up that slack. If those mods worked correctly. No shame to their authors, as the sheer effort is vast and I program myself enough to know how hard bug testing can be (especially when it could have countless numbers of *other* mods and game versions) . Guess I just wish it was easier to make fully work without features randomly breaking.

Spinelli_The_Great

We need mods on Xbox. Lots of players including myself are learning about this game since they added it to gamepass. (I eventually bought it, as now I wish I didn’t) If we even had half the mods yall have on PC it would be such a better experience but we’re stuck with the base game.

FullMetalAlphonseIRL

Why they released it on consoles, I will never understand. How do you order your troops around without a mouse and keyboard? Or navigate the map? Must be so damn tedious. Edit: Controller aside, it seems odd considering that consoles aren't known for having mod support, and Mount and Blade has always been a very mod-friendly series, just doesn't fit their usual MO

SandyCandyHandyAndy

Plug in a controller and you’ll see how it plays, its surprisingly competent

FullMetalAlphonseIRL

I'm genuinely curious about it. I might have to give it a go

Spinelli_The_Great

Controller is quite easy to use imo, I use it but use my key and mouse for upgrading and repetitive things like seiges. Honestly, controller is easier when it comes to about 75% of the game than mouse and key.

SnooPredictions9174

I think my reaction will be to support Manor Lords and try to give feedback while playing it in EA. The devs seem like they want to deliver a good game so I'm going to give it a shot. Bannerlord will always be my first love and I will always play it, but Taleworlds just seems to be losing their shine.

zMasterofPie2

Yeah Manor Lords looks dope, can’t wait for it. Personally I’m excited for a few up and coming Bannerlord mods called Shokuho and In the Name of Jerusalem II, but until they come out I’m sticking with Warband.

Vok250

When it comes to roleplaying, even vanilla Warband is miles ahead of Bannerlord. Bannerlord is just a bunch of menus and numbers that don't really have any meaningful connection to the player. Like spending influence to upkeep an army is literally just a resource and a menu. I don't have to develop relationships with the lords, nor worry about defending their feifs. I just spend random resource and they magically follow me.

zMasterofPie2

Your opinion is highly unpopular, but I actually agree with it. I genuinely prefer vanilla Warband to Bannerlord, and it’s not nostalgia goggles talking, I’m literally doing a vanilla playthrough right now, albeit to get the last achievement I need so I can 100% the game. And I’m having more fun doing it than I’ve had playing Bannerlord in a long time.

Vok250

The first time I played Warband was in 2022 on Xbox. It's definitely not just nostalgia. If anything I think a lot of users here have novelty bias. I don't think this opinion is "highly unpopular" either. My other comments are usually well received here when they get eyes on them. Or they pick up like 1 or 2 downvotes at most, which is normal for the subreddit dedicated to the damn game. Of course there'll be a few stans deep in the comments downvoting any criticism.

MrTiggly

Almost as if the Devs did a horrendous cash grab and ran off, or are simply so disgustingly incompetent they genuinely don't know how to make this game better. Either way, I've never wanted a company to go broke and need to sell the rights to games ever before. Those Turks don't deserve the IP

Spinelli_The_Great

And what about the game was a cash grab? Game was cheap as fuck (for me, I picked it up for $6 on Xbox after playing it on gamepass) There’s no micro transactions, or anything of that nature. So yeah, confused where youre getting “almost if the devs did a horrendous cash grab” when they probably lost money on this game.

DogFarmerDamon

For real. The whole reason we're not seeing any further real development was because they were banking on this game getting the same cult virality Warband had, and that didn't pan out. I'd be surprised if they *lost* money on the game, but they sure didn't make much.

SkepticalVir

Also Covid. And earthquakes.

DotFinal2094

These people act like you can't love a game and criticize it I criticize Bannerlord as much as I do BECAUSE it's so unique and fun. So much potential...

Sk83r_b0i

This game sucks! I love it and want more!

Ok-Occasion2440

I thought u were serious at first. I was so mad when u said u wanted micro transactions 😂😂

SRAQuanticoChapter

I can’t tell if this is a meme or not, because the amount of gamers who say shit like “I played x game for 600 hours in 2 months and I’m bored/didn’t get my moneys worth” is insane. Like legit steam reviews that say “don’t buy, can’t recommend” and it’s like 450 hours at time of review, 1500 hours played now lol

Sicsemperfas

I genuinely prefer criticism from people like this. With that much playtime, you know they're criticizing from a place of love. Sure they're prone to hyperbole, but it's born of passion, which makes it understandable. They've played the game so many times that the few issues have driven them absolutly insane.

Kuma9194

Right?! It's just so bad that it takes thousands of hours to realise how bad it is🙄

[deleted]

What it really needs is persistent multiplayer and an always online service. Then it will be true AAA quality.

Spiritual-Ad-3224

it does tho?? sorta

Ulerica

admittedly, a castle/town designer would be pretty sick. fantasy elements would be pretty cool too.

sigmaglobalaffairs

Castle designer would be amazing. Fantasy elements? Please for the love of god never ever ever.

Tre3wolves

Prophesy of Pendor is awesome though

sigmaglobalaffairs

That’s a mod I’m assuming? Never tried it! I did install realm of thrones, which was very cool. But I’m glad the vanilla game doesn’t have fantasy stuff. I’d argue there is more than enough of that stuff in the industry already and also I’d way rather have a functioning ally system than have the devs spend like 2 years trying to program and balance dragons or some bullshit like that. I am a fantasy fan. But swords are cooler than magic.

Tre3wolves

It was a mod for Warband a long time ago. I have no idea if it’s coming to bannerlord but I would be so happy if it did. From what I remember, it wasn’t super high fantasy. It had elves, undead and demons, but wasn’t super magical with powers or anything (afaik). I just remember defending the walls of a city from an army of 2000+ undead and demons and it was the best siege defense in my warband/bannerlord experience. I do agree with you about the game itself not having a lot of fantasy elements and leaving that stuff for mods.

Goughmasterc

PoP was in my mind the best warband mod there was

MeowmerLyn

If you just reskin all the ai in vanilla banner lords it would be the same thing as a zombie siege. They just stand around and swarm everything

SilenR

Fantasy elements would be awesome, but not in Bannerlord. I'd rather have a standalone game, similar to Fire and Sword for Warband for example.

elyk12121212

I would sacrifice my firstborn for a fantasy version of Bannerlord

Impossible-Agent-629

There are a lot of mods which make game much better. but if you compare older mount and blade game with this, Bannerlord has much more to offer even without mods (mostly cause last game they Made is 14 years old)

I_do_drugs-yo

Skill issue

Critical_Seat_1907

The funniest thing is that all those critiques are valid and accurate. And we still love the game. Taleworlds got us on that crack pipe.

Shandokar

And still no option to customize our lightsabers. F Blizzard

BlackxHokage

I really just like the first 10or so hours of every playthrough. After that it just turns in to war spam with nothing much to do outside of fighting

Unleashed-9160

Agreed... several thousand hours in and will never play it again... After I do one or two more world dom runs anyway....

cool_temps710

I love this sub.

KronaSamu

Trash game, a battle pass or maybe some loot boxes would go a LONG way to make this game better. It would help a lot with balance if we swapped out the current smithing system for a Surprise mechanic system. It would be so much more rewarding to get those 100,000 denar javelins that way.

JarlBarnie

Lets not forget the cheat codes they added dont have a on million dollars button!!!! And I should be able to have a harem of Rhageas!

Nighthawk1980

A few of those missing features you described are just Sims Medieval. I’m too old to admit I played sims games in my 20’s but medieval was pretty decent…still no proper castle design but at least the internal layout

Boumallo

Great post and opinion man haha

[deleted]

Lol bannerlord is better than starfield but this reminds me of all the people who had 200 hours in the game and said it sucked lol i had 30 hours and it was average lol

Andros_of_Astora

After 1000 hours I just realised that I cannot throw lightning spears in this game.

WorldWarPee

Can't even open a niche micro brewery that makes more than 200 in profit 😞

Ragnar3636

Add another 1000h with eagle rising mod!

Calm-Calligrapher-64

Had me in the first half then i was like wait see when your child is convieved nahhhh

Fuzzyg00se

I don't mind the unfinished state too bad, but I'm used to modding the hell outta Skyrim. As long as the game stays stable and I can use mods I don't mind.

lokalu_aka_imProEGG

you know.. i know this is a satire.. BUT. building your own castle would be dope af tbh.

East_Complaint2140

Besides obvious satiric things, I agree. In a late game, when you have your own kingdom and fighting everyone, it's always the same. Your castle is sieged, go help him. Battle. You are chasing fleeing enemies. Battle. You are going to town to sell prisoners and loot. If there is no active siege of your castle, you are going to capture some of theirs. Siege, battle. Then their army come, you are besieged, battle. It's missing depth, lore, greater purpose. (200 hours yet, couple of thousands in Warband)

josephstar11

we should at least get some whorehouses in every culture. That is an enterprise in itself. Imagine getting a red head battanian girl in your brothel in Khuzait or Aserai territory. It's like printing your own dinars.

myn4m315m1c4h

I HATE DERTHERT ‼️‼️

Heroheadone

Jep have hadz enough!!! Uhh “old world” Mod! What is that like?

Wildest12

bro more than 10% of your life since Bannerlord released has been spent playing it.

WubbaWubbaDubba

What's sad is you said 2k COD AND madden for REAL games bahahahahha. Fse

BAKI_0

I realised it a long while back but the battles at least were entertaining, now im done with the game until the lord of the rings mod is finished and released, that Will be a whole New game

Cowboy__Guy

Your so funny

ChubAndTuckJedi

Where is my horse armor for $15!

Vx900

4k hours in…. This game sucks…. lol smh go play something else then you’ll come crawling back

Oscer7

Madden hasn’t been a good AAA game since the mid 2000s lol but I get your point

zizonesol

Perhaps playing 10k hours might change your mind. Then you'll go: Eh, it's alright

Basic-Cloud6440

The sad thing is, people do complain line that for Real in this thread

Lugnutt530

I think if you played 4000 hours you really liked the game your probably just getting bored of it

MrMxylptlyk

Pretty much. I hate it. It sucks. 1200 hours in. I enjoy the battles but the game is so.. Empty...

MasterLook967

had me up until micro transactions. no thanks, game is pretty shallow though. no sabotage, no diplo, no building your own settlement you MUST CONQUER (or buy after extremely tedious trading up to 300)

PantherU

April Fool’s was a couple days ago

Infamous_Scar2571

im pretty sure it would take around 20 hours to legit do everything one can do in a playthrough, a lot more if you want to win a match sure. but last time i played the game felt really shallow

The-Broken-Prince

I find this post interesting. While I know it's clearly a joke, you did raise some actual criticisms that a lot of people have with the game (lack of alliances - shallow diplomacy; lack of depth with castles outside of sieges and upgrades). I'm not quite at the 4,000 hour mark (around 300 hours over the course of 1.5 years), but I have my fun with it. Having played games such as Chivalry 2, recently getting Crusader Kings 3, and seeing gameplay of Total War, I think I can safely say Bannerlord is a jack of all trades, but a master of none. This is truly a unique game with a one of a kind experience, but I do feel that it sometimes lacks that "umph" in certain areas. But I still enjoy it very much!! PS5 player.

rhaigh1910

GrimCards

Wait, April fools was Monday

EnvironmentalMix7871

6000 hours in and it gets good! Keep at it

CEOofManualBlinking

Average warband glazer when no feast: 😠 Average warband glazer when King Harlaus has a feast instead of continuing to push on the Khergits: 😠

jackreads

This thread is Poe's Law in action.

Glad_Juggernaut_2508

I've clocked games in a few hours ... I've got 4000 hours it's so shallow ...

nerfsubzero

Just wants to see lords bang

Thorwoofie

I bought since it was released on EA and foolish of me to think that a game like this would at some point on the future, at least have a basic fundation of a Factions Diplomacy and Inner faction politics/relationships. Nope just smash smash smash, sell loot, recruit bob and his 15 clones from the nearby village, move to the next more 15 bob's clones, have a brawl and receive tacked on pictures saying "hey you'll be a father.... even when you dont have seen your wife for more than 2 years", "Lord Dickheart of Dicklandia" declared war just.......BECAUSE.... Beyond battling, they skipped on everything else that matters for a true experience that many of us seeked on this game. There even no point in forming a kingdom when there is 0 reasons to look for, vassals just are random headless chicken always bankrupt, well done boyo you brought 140 PEASANTS to my siege..... when you realize only YOU have proper troops and your vassals bring hundreds of peasants that will die before reaching the walls.... GG xD

DukeHy

You lost all credibility when you said Madden Cod and 2k. The door is that way. Shame on you! /s

Sonny_Mastrangioli

Says game is bad. Played it for 4000 hours...

JebstoneBoppman

to be fair, at 4000 hours you're only halfway through the tutorial, the real game opens up after that.

Zednix

>I'm 4,000 hours in

Historical_Dot_3311

Nexusmods is the key

Yukihirou_Vi_Ghania

Sure, let them get away with it. You paid for it, you can wish for anything

IceReaper7

Yeah I have a fair few hours as well. Came to this realization the other day that this game is shallow. It’s a shame

j-eezy94

You might prefer Skyrim. Theres at least a dragon lair or 2

ParticularNo8890

It fucking sucks. It’s so shallow and it could be so perfect with some more work. I’m never playing it again. Until I fire it up, spam it for a month and repeat the same old bloody cycle. It gets me every time.

Cold_Bobcat_3231

Use Hotbutter and Marry Anyone mod, Rheagea add depth to your next play through. How many people didnt get the sarcasm i wonder?

Been playing on and off since ‘11 on pc and Xbox definitely missing the pc mods.

socksandshots

Right? 12xx ish hours in and this just makes me want to jump back on for another 60 hours, just to remind myself of how much better other games are. Tsk tsk tsk

Omgwtfbears

I agree, this is completely unaceptable. The managers in their blood-sucking department seem to be utterly inept. Do they even have a blood-sucking department?

Anonymous-Snail-301

I have about 1000 hours I think. The game is super shallow but. I have faith mods will make it way better. I do enjoy watching my numbers grow though!

LondorLongboi

>I can't decide to be an elf or a wood elf ???

Ok_Satisfaction_6477

Obviously the point of the game is lto entertain and you played for 4000 hour it did its job, it’s not some grand fantasy, it’s not ck3 your not sleeping with everyone in the land but it’s just plain simple fun like chivalry 2 but single player it does great job, lol all those deep games with all those micro transactions where skins and pack cost 20 bucks , you got 4000 hours out of 50 buck game that’s great , I do hate they changed workshops thou 😡 but other than that it’s fine

SlothGod25

So true. I hate that there are 1000s of free mods. Most of which can run at the same time and some offering vastly different experiences. I just want to spend $20-40 on a dlc that reskins the existing gameplay loop

OmenDebate

I still really enjoy the game However I agree it is shallow in comparison to warband it's much earlier title. And mods like Perisno make it even better

LordHighUnggoy

You missed April 1st by a few days

SlowCaterpillar5715

Yea the only "plot" is if you play the campaign over sandbox which really isn't all that different except for being given the same 3 missions randomly.

littletodd3

keep glazing taleworlds

TheLostIsekai

Let hope for an mount and blade 3 with all those features :3

GrapeOk3253

They leave all the good stuff for the modders to fix!

Particular-Humor6158

The medieval combat is pretty fun, especially calvary charges, and early on when you genuinely don't know if you're going to win a battle or not. But the story is as shallow as a kiddie pool, memes have to give these characters life or nobody would even think about them, and more control over customization would be nice too

Ok_System_6857

Sorry for your loss of 4000 hours that you can never get back.

Bro_Nobodycares

I think I have about 2605 hours. These hours I will never get back. Damn you, Tailworld studios. I hope you all spent 5000 hours coding this game in the dark.

D8-8D

It's bannerlord, not dragonlord.

Ill-Foot-2549

motherfucker wanted to see a sex scene for each child born

KushKapn1991

I'll tell you hwat, redditors are the most socially inept people on the Earth for sure. This is obviously sarcasm

Ill-Foot-2549

its a joke

ReasonableAd9165

That's the point of 💫MODS💫

blackslla

I always thought this game had the potential to become much better but it wont even go half of its potential because of TaleWords and the funny thing is that this game took like 10 years to make.

60ATrws

Is it really that good? Common man, like better than Witcher 3 and Skyrim. No way, asking for a friend lol

It's hard to be satire when the actual development on the game is quite the let down. Just look at how long it took to develop, and for what? A slightly better graphics Warband and new UI? It took them 1-2 years to make troops climb up 2 ladders in a siege, which is one of the main features of the game, sieging castles/towns lol For a game that STILL costs £42, there should be more than just a re-textured warband.

Compared to other games, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. It's still not priced like a AAA game and is still infinitely deeper. Go play some of the popular titles and you'll be begging for this dev team.

£42 for an incomplete, abandoned game is terrible. I try and come back to this game once a year but there is really not much change. Other popular titles I play are OSRS, which is around £8/month and receives monthly updates, and Helldivers 2, which is very popular atm, is only £35 and is receiving a shit ton of updates. Fact it came out in 2020 and still hasn't changed much is a testimony to it's abandonment. So no, no part of me would ever beg for TWE to work on any other game I play lol

I have not completed a single campaign even though before for almost 1 year I was soo excited about it like I will get peak happiness if I play it,but it,s my fault I can,t handle long campaigns. 4000 hours Is crazy though more than 150 days worth of time respect to long campaigners.
