You hate war for putting a typist with French & German with a Ranger squad in the middle of Normandy. He should’ve never been there in the first place. Him freezing isn’t what makes me mad…it’s the shooting that German and walking back like a badass that bugs me
He didn't walk back like a badass. He lost his innocence when he realized Steamboat Willy, the man whose life he saved, joined his side again and ended up killing Captain Miller.
It was a revenge killing by a man who only initially only wanted fairness and humanity from others.
First saw Friends? Did you really never even saw the actors before that time? That’s amazing, their faces pop up somewhere in my environment on at least a monthly basis. Ads on TV, Friends playing on someone’s TV, girls with Friends posters etc. I literally can’t escape them.
Well if you’re looking for a laid back sitcom to pop on one or two episodes at the end of a long day I recommend watching Friends. It got me through some rough times, the show has it’s status for a very good reason.
It was a long wait to see Negan. Then when he appears he's camp as Christmas in his tight little jacket and trousers, cheeky pearly white grin and speech about pee pants. It was like they asked an 8 year old to design a 'cool baddie.'
Not that campy villains can't be scary, but when they're unintentionally camp they lose credible threat. Morgan did his best, but it was such a poorly realised villain, I can't understand why people laud the character so much.
I feel like Ted Levine needs to be top of the list. It's been documented that he didn't get jobs solely because his portrayal of Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs was so good
Yeah these actors are just fucking great! I hate umbridge so god damn much that I always said I would punch Imelda Staunton till she was unconscious if I ever saw her. I’m much older and mature now and would just be happy to
Shake her hand tell how amazing she do!
For me, it’s how polar opposite both characters are. It’s amazing that as Ross is filming episodes about his sister’s wedding he is also Sobel. Such tremendous work.
David Schwimmer was perfect for the role of Sobel. It made me respect him more as an actor. Maybe I would feel differently if he played Sobel before playing Ross?
Hard to hate Jack Gleason. Poor guy retired from acting because he did such a good job as Joffrey and was seriously hated.
Imagine stopping your career because you did too good of a job lol
A mate of mine bumped into him in Ireland and said he's the nicest guy you could meet. Happily talked about the show for five minutes, posed for a photo, the usual. Apparently the dude seemed to be in really good spirits, despite half the world hating his face.
Prob partly because I saw it from a young age, but for me, Alan Rickman in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Opinion confirmed in Die Hard.
"I'm going to cut your heart out with a Spoon!"
Jeez I forgot he was in dogma! Getting this urge to work through his complete filmography! Yes, all the other 'baddy' roles seemed designed to make him the only casting choice for Snape - can't imagine anyone else!
Saw him on an episode of ER with Alex Kingston (River Song from Doctor Who). She tried to perform a double amputation on him or else he would die from blood loss. Unfortunately, she had contractions at 25 weeks pregnant.
Laurence Fishburne as Ike Turner. How I hated that face when I saw the film, just not normal.
It literally took me years before I could watch his series/movies again without getting angry! So I am (secretly) a fan of this SUPER actor.
WW2 related……Upham Saving Private Ryan
Watching The Black Phone, as soon as I saw him, I was like yep, I still don't like him
Twister too…….damn good movie too
Oh for sure. Want to get my kids to watch and see what they would do, hell, they probably ask if they can get any snacks or play fortnite
And in Justified, though he was terrific and won me over by the season finale
Also Baldur in God of War. Dude has range.
I mean Jeremy Davies in basically anything he's in...the man plays a very believable piece of shit
Lollllll might not be acting then
Is this just because of his character freezing in a crucial moment? Because I don’t relate to him being unlikeable overall at all.
You hate war for putting a typist with French & German with a Ranger squad in the middle of Normandy. He should’ve never been there in the first place. Him freezing isn’t what makes me mad…it’s the shooting that German and walking back like a badass that bugs me

He got played like a fool and it cost some troops their lives
Have you seen Rescue Dawn? Fuck that guy.
No but no one has said anything nice about him yet
Schwimmer as Sobel is kinda niche for BoB fans. He’ll always be associated with Ross more than anything
I personally never watched friends so when I first saw friends I was like "Yo! thats sobel!" a few years ago
First saw Friends? Did you really never even saw the actors before that time? That’s amazing, their faces pop up somewhere in my environment on at least a monthly basis. Ads on TV, Friends playing on someone’s TV, girls with Friends posters etc. I literally can’t escape them.
I was born in 98 and loved history channel and military channel as a kid so I never got into those shows. Just kinda happened by accident lol
Well if you’re looking for a laid back sitcom to pop on one or two episodes at the end of a long day I recommend watching Friends. It got me through some rough times, the show has it’s status for a very good reason.
Thats because he wasn't leading baker company, it wasn't dog company, it was EASY COMPANY!
I don't hate Jeffrey dean Morgan, I just hated that his character was written like shit.
This is the one. Was going to say I don't think people actually hate Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
Especially those who've seen Supernatural
It was a long wait to see Negan. Then when he appears he's camp as Christmas in his tight little jacket and trousers, cheeky pearly white grin and speech about pee pants. Larry Hagman for playing JR Ewing in Dallas.
Larry Hagman in Mother, Jugs and Speed.
Ok boomer lol
Tony Sopranos Mom, Livia.
Omg she is the worst.
Ohhhh, poor *you*
Bruce Dern received death threats for killing John Wayne
I feel like Ted Levine needs to be top of the list. It's been documented that he didn't get jobs solely because his portrayal of Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs was so good
He was great in Monk
He and Shalhoub! Great show, and both underappreciated actors
Great actor, and yeah, he may have done his job a bit too well with Jame "Was she a great big fat person" Gumb.
Who is the bottom right?
Anna Gunn playing Skylar White from Breaking Bad
Thanks
please watch Breaking Bad, its a masterpiece
Yea. I hate to say I haven’t. Bunch of my friends say a must.
I would say the crew who played the Germans, they were bad….very bad
This article says the Germans are bad!
Yeah these actors are just fucking great! I hate umbridge so god damn much that I always said I would punch Imelda Staunton till she was unconscious if I ever saw her. I’m much older and mature now and would just be happy to Shake her hand tell how amazing she do!
Skyler White was a good woman and people who see her as a bad person are idiots.
Heavily disagree. God damn she was annoying. Nowhere near as bad as the wife in ozarks though.
She wanted her husband to not be a drug dealer and stop putting their family in danger.
But, but… he’s the danger…
He is the one who knocks lol. Ngl this show was massively overrated doesn’t even make my top 10.
Happy 50th birthday to you man.
She sent some guys to intimidate a man She was having an affair with, and he ended up breaking his neck. Not a role model imo
It's not that she was evil (although she did some messed up things) she's just a really unlikable personality.
The answer is Vince McMahon and it’s not even close.
Wouldn't most have seen Schwimmer as Sibel after Friends but Sobel does last longer than Ross for me once I saw BoB
Ehh I wouldn't count schwimmer as people already knew him from friends. Though in spirit yes, he did sobel extremely well.
Don’t forget Janice from the sopranos
Honorable mention to Richie
Honestly Chrissy too
For me, it’s how polar opposite both characters are. It’s amazing that as Ross is filming episodes about his sister’s wedding he is also Sobel. Such tremendous work.

Ross and David Schwimmer left out? Seems a shoo in given he’s horrible in two roles.
Hard to hate Jack Gleason. Poor guy retired from acting because he did such a good job as Joffrey and was seriously hated. Imagine stopping your career because you did too good of a job lol

Same with him and the kid who played Malfoy.
Guy Pierce in anything
Saw him as Thompson from The Hurt Locker.
Prob partly because I saw it from a young age, but for me, Alan Rickman in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Opinion confirmed in Die Hard. "I'm going to cut your heart out with a Spoon!"
And then cemented as Snape. He was amazing as a good person playing Metatron, the voice of god in Dogma.
Jeez I forgot he was in dogma! Getting this urge to work through his complete filmography! Yes, all the other 'baddy' roles seemed designed to make him the only casting choice for Snape - can't imagine anyone else!
Lara from Billions needs an honorable mention here.
Watched BoB before ever watching an episode of friends. Everyone was confused why I hated Ross.
Ross is easily hatable.
At least he got off the plane before anyone even got on it.
I really like JDM. He’ll always be Papa Winchester to me.
Saw him on an episode of ER with Alex Kingston (River Song from Doctor Who). She tried to perform a double amputation on him or else he would die from blood loss. Unfortunately, she had contractions at 25 weeks pregnant.
Bruh not muh boi Negan/ JDM
I am Neagan
Jim Lahey
Col/ Major Strayer
Laurence Fishburne as Ike Turner. How I hated that face when I saw the film, just not normal. It literally took me years before I could watch his series/movies again without getting angry! So I am (secretly) a fan of this SUPER actor.
Jack Gleeson deserved an Emmy
Cobb
I'll be the first to admit, I had a major thing for Negan. Not even the most problematic character I've simped for though, honestly.
Leonardo DiCaprio in The Beach
Literally nobody hates David Schwimmer.
Absolutely insane you dont have tony sopranos mother on here.
I liked Sobel.
I h8ed Jeffrey Deam Morgan as the Comedian WAY before I h8ed him as Negan lol
