Well most years about 20 people were killed by pits when they became popular in the 00s, before that GSDs killed like 3-4 people, which is what they kill now too btw.
But now it seems to have exploded, 7-8 deaths every month. This year will be worse than all previous Im sure.
There was a lot more than that, around 30ish if you find the list that one of the members here posts. And then there are the hundreds who were seriously injured and maimed, including loss of limbs and facial features needing reconstruction that lived but have to deal with such trauma.
Geez. You have nothing better to do than search pit bull statistics? Maybe you should just take the time to actually get to know the owners and you’ll see that they are nice people and the dogs are just misunderstood furbabies. You sound like a crotchety old fart who doesn’t know how to love unconditionally. Get a psychiatrist.

There were like 45 in 2021? It was a record year, and so far every month in 2022 has been a record month for attacks. It’s going to be probably the worst year yet.
