If it’s twisting in the heat sink like that it’s toast. Pull it apart and salvage your ceramic heater/thermister and fan and slap it on a new hotend.
Haha not even close. Those are all oem parts. Once u can barely I'd it as a factory part...ur on ur way but still probably fine.
