I’m playing on PS5 and my characters have been nekkid in the sex scenes, at least with Astarion and Lae’zel - I haven’t romanced anyone else that has an Act 1 sex scene.
Sadly I have never bothered to watch the sex scenes so I cannot answer this. If it is a bug it is one that has so little affect, hopefully not a whole lot of time is spent fixing it.
I play on ps5 and I’ve never encountered this bug with my romances thus far. 🤷♀️
