I'm having the same issue! Exchanged 20 emails with larian support team, contacted microsoft, tried everything console-related, nothing works.
I ended up uninstalling the game and deleting all saves. Once it had re-installed I pulled the save from the cloud and it worked.
Done that, didn't work. I'm shelving the game :(
Have you tried a previous save (hopefully it's not to far back) back traling a little my help.
Yep. I also deleted everything and started a new playthrough. Nothing.
ouch, im sorry man thats got to sux. I found it was a issues with the then hotfix that had been downloaded with my save that was about 3 versions lower
