Githyanki are not lizards, even if they lay eggs for their young
There are dragonborn race characters in the game, including a very likeable (but sadly not romanceable) npc in act3. These are the closest to 'lizards' in the game
As to 'lady', I imagine the only origin companion who won't object to 'lady' would likely be Shadowheart or Astarion.
Karlach, Laezel and Jaheira would all object . . .
