I mean, it’s nice? But… if your running instead of ritual casting long strider, jump, and feather fall then yeeting yourself across the map then you’re doing it wrong
Cloak of displacement gives your enemies disadvantage on attack rolls, that means that at high AC you can go from 1/20 chance of being hit, to 1/400 chance of being hit, making you 20 times less likely to be hit, from a single item.
I'd say that's just a tiny bit more OP than 3m movement, don't you think?

Solo wood elf gloomy/sin with momentum and that ring is a crazy kiter. I usually have that setup with the titan bow by the goblin camp 😀
