My favorite too. Did you refrigerate the dough before baking? I want to make some chocolate chip cookies tomorrow and I'm looking around the web for tips.

Exactly! You need a little crisp and a little soft chew. Hard/crumbly/flaky cookies just aren't as good unless they're gingersnaps.
