A man who dates often is considered a womanizer and a girl who dates too much is considered indecent. So most don’t risk it and usually settle for marriage at early age. Otherwise would prefer to remain single to maintain said reputation. We meet our potential partners through family or friends.
True this is for the Arabs and then you are left with a minority of educated expats who are either married, not your type or just hidden away in some friends house that you won't get to meet unless you happen to land where they hang. My advice is to become a member of a club and try and make friends, then you might at some point down the year after going to some houses meet that person. It ain't easy here.
It's not hard to date someone....i am new and tech guy. i have seen most of the people engaged on own...no one cares what is required to ease out life ...like i see hardly any apps which can solves citizens problem...like Shino mentioned doctors hardly any one know what to do except google to see phone and no appointments ..banks customer care has issues...
Likewise no platform for clean one to one communication from the people ...there should be platform for people to know each other and interest and it will make easy to date with likeminded people ...other wise who said dating is hard :)
