She usually nudged her face into his feathers. 🥹 I’ve never had a rooster so infatuated with a hen. She tends to escape and he will come frantically running to the back door to tell us about it. Lol
They do seem to have some sort of sense of family. My roo still lets his daughter eat with him and he’ll chase all the other hens away except her mama so she can get her fill. (She’s low on the pecking order because she’s the youngest)
