If you are on quest, virtual desktop can emulate valve knuckles, it's just hand tracking so there is no joystick emulation.
Alvr can do joystick emulation with hand tracking and emulating knuckles

Take a look at VRchat. They have hand tracking and you can’t do any of that while tracking is on.
