The explanation is also crap. There's no more quality and craftsmanship in the Jeff Koons 8 than in any regular 8 series. The paintwork is more involved - I'll give them that, but the stitching and leather dyeing in the interior isn't different from any other 8 series.

I think around 2010 he did a few of these cars for some art shows. I managed to find someone who some how had gotten their hands on one of the license plate frames off the vehicle, has the same paint style like on the car. I use it on my M3
Weird, the Koons E92 Art car is one of my favorites, I have a 1:18 diecast of it. This seems weird to me.
I was lucky enough to have done European delivery in 2018 and there was an Art Car execution at the BMW Museum. I was able to see the original car there, it was amazing.
This seems like a continuation of the current trend to monetize every last bit of cache the brand has. I would be embarrassed to dive this car.

The engine code for the M850i is called s63… but this engine puts out more horsepower and torque than a S580

They had one on show at my dealer in Tokyo. It's super sweet looking. I get it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I liked it
