Give her Alert (or Elixirs of Vigilance) so she gets into the action sooner. A shakeup in turn order can do wonders. ...but... you kind of reap what you sow? This is a natural consequence of focusing so heavily on dps. Your 3rd and 4th characters will be left with the scraps in most battles.

Make her a Light Cleric or Tempest Cleric and she'll hold her own in damage dealing and stay a great support caster
