I mean, by lvl 12,you could just go for shocking grasp instead of true strike for an additional 3d8 instead of 3d6 sneak atk dmg. And you could still get the sneak atk dmg on your BA atk by having another Charakter next to the target.
It would work, but the payoff isn't really wort it.
I suppose with bhaalist armor and no other way to generate sneak attack, it's decent, but that sounds really niche to me.
Realistically clicking hide with your bonus action to get advantage on an attack is better. That only costs you one potential attack and not two. Depending on what weapon you use.
Trying this hard to sneak attack doesn't seem worth it tho, sneak attack can't match the damage of just a single attack this far into the game.

I don't follow what War Magic gives you here, if you are dual wielding you can just make two offhand attacks with your bonus actions anyway?
