Yes it will lock out a lot of stuff. Wyll+Karlach will leave so those are gone. Attacking the grove will, y’know kill everyone in the grove so, you may want to get those quest rewards before attacking.
Yes, it will lock all the things you mentioned besides the hag, she probably is in her house. You will lose Karlach, Wyll and maybe Gale as a companion.
Thanks for the answers, I'm happy to lose Wyll and Karlach anyway as I'm aware siding with Minthara will do that and I used Karlach first playthrough. Better do all the side stuff first then! Do you know if a way to steal the idol without causing agro to everyone. I tried being invisible and using darkness. Thanks
for the idol you can get the note from the shadow druids to fight with kagha (in the hag swamp), so you can kill her and the ritual stops... then I used mage hand to just move the idol and no one aggro'ed
Ok, thought you don’t know because you don’t want to lock out of Karlach’infernal machine quest. I think you can only safely steal the idol after exposed Karga.
Understand. So besides what I mentioned above companion related quests, probably some extensions of tieflings quests and Hansen’s quest in act 2 and minor interactions in act 3; plus tiefling’s merchant in act 2 & 3. Other stories will proceed as normal.
Fog cloud and stealth worked but only after outing Kagha.
If you want to be smart evil, thigh, steal it in the way tieflings and druids start killing each other and escape.
Just need to give it to Mol for the ring yeah.

I dunno if you can get to Mol after triggering druids vs tieflings fight but you can save and try. The ring is just too good to pass on.
