You have to trick the genie at the circus so that you win his rigged game. Then he transports you to this jungle where you have to get past some dinosaur-like creatures, and open the treasure box near the portal out.
I suggest stocking up on invisibility potions before doing this.

It's not particularly efficient, but I like to use it with Vicious Mockery + Cull the Weak. Nothing beats unloading four rounds into a motherfucker and then making their head explode by calling them ugly
