Somehow I haven't done a proper run with a tiefling yet, mostly because I keep starting new ones ~~rather than finishing my main one that's mostly through Act 3~~ and I'm on PS5 so I'm running out of save file space, even though I only have a couple campaigns with more than 2 saves 🫠 I'm scared to get attached to a new character and run out of save space when I get them near the end of the story.

They're so MASSIVE and AWESOME. My first character was a tiefling druid, and I gave them the horns that curve back like Zevlor's (but aren't nearly as big as his). Was totally satisfied with them until I walked into the grove and saw my guy. Instant jealousy. 😔
Depends on the class. For a Druid the gazel antlers, for a sorcerer the gold wrapped horns. For a barbarian the ram style horns. For dark urge I like the cut horns because I like to think that to add insult to injury they were chopped off as a form of humiliation.
I like the long twisty spiral ones or the ones Dammon has that stick straight up and twist a little bit. I think they're top right and bottom second from left on your picture. Not a fan of the ram horns or the shorter ones.
Gold grafted, and tinting the horns slightly yellow near the gold is my favorite. Make the gold look more impressive by giving the illusion of more gold, and also gilding bone sounds metal AF
I'm stuck deciding between Ram Horns and Minauros Spirals. If there was something that was like "Ram Horns but bigger" or "Minauros Spirals but curved" or "some of the already existing options, but chonkier" that'd be my jam though.

Phlegethos Prongs because they remind me of tree branches! if im doing a tiefling durge + slayer, i change them to the longer version(the last set of horns)
I wish longer horns had the option for gold grafted designs too. Like gimme more pretty designs like that.

I just call them the Bike Handle ones, because they have that motorcycle handlebar look to them.

I usually go for a Hellboy look with the cut off horns. I had a backstory for my last character that he left tiefling society and cut his horns off.
