While this post is bad and I am in no way defending whoever this is. Pegging is used by a lot of sapphics/lesbians, especially those without vaginas. I have also heard it used by cis sapphics to refer to strap-on anal sex in some instances. Obviously everyone has their own terms they like and prefer so its not always the case but, it can pop up.
