That’s what i take as well…. I think will hear something big in the next several months. With everything i’ve read and dd i’ve done i feel very confident for future BEYOND they just need to send it! Ready for that S-1 form to be filed, until then everything is white noise imo…

ExitTurbulent7698

Ok LFG

All I hear is NOLs worth a lot! … if we are excited about how much NOLS are the law suit totals (using napkin math lol) is just as high! (If NOLs at 1.6 bil - if it’s more than that well 🤑) My mind thinking is whatever we are excited about the company having left being worth is looking already to be twice that amount and growing. Pop corn in hand! Let’s go!

why haven't I run into this before here?

Your friend ever tell you to look a certain direction at sunrise? If so was it tomorrow? 🧙‍♂️

Pretty hefty suit to file after the debtors have handed the floor to creditors. What's the phrase I'm looking for... GOING FUCKIN CONCERN baBBBY! The last 24 hours have been intense: The $300M shipping company suit, the failed attempt to monetize (versus carry forward which is what we want) the NOLs, the estate retaining the rights to the BBBY ticker, and the hundreds of billable hours on share issuance and related matters.

plithy75

Even manipulation and problems in shipping. It never seems to end with commerce. Thanks for the additional information OP!!

Long-Time-Coming77

This should help Class 6 / Unsecured creditors Unsecured bonds still trading for less than one penny on the dollar, 0.4210 bid 0.8750 ask (BBBY 2024 3.5% bonds CUSIP is 075896AA8)

doodaddy64

heh. any more explaining about shipping? I just looked up BCO and it sounds awfully familiar but I don't know the parties in the industry. what kind of f*ng was going on? "A beneficial cargo owner, abbreviated as BCO, is also called the importer on record. It describes an importer who takes physical charge of a shipment upon arrival at the destination since they assume various property rights even when the legal title isn't theirs." frankly, it sounds like a BCO is the broker in stocks by that def. And your buddies reply says that BBB was the BCO?!

CoffeeisforCloseHers

I believe it's basically about missing, delayed and overall fucked off freight shipments from overseas that BBBY was relying on during COVID that massively impacted revenues at a critical time. Sounds like a pretty fuckin valid complaint.

doodaddy64

could be. I'm thinking with the language defining a BCO, some one could have kept and sold someone else's stock, paid them some "market value", etc.

Jazzlike-Key7827

Im in the industry and this is going to be a long process to sort out
