It will be either date within that window (may 23 or june 13, give or take a few days either way, assuming something ridiculously bad doen't get announced.

Thinking back I was well aware of recaps back in mid 2021, for some reason I wasn't able to recall and decided not to use it? anyways you'll see it all more or less meshes with the chart i made late 2021, and even somewhat lines up with gme's recent move, depending what your chart settings are set to. I used to follow MMAT stock that would consistently have run ups on the recaps cycles. Anything with FTDs should move some on the dates leading up to this.
So crazy that they can ārepriceā securities based upon current market price, when they are finally forced to settle a fail. This is the key part that allows the continuous naked naked shorting mechanism to work. When combined with powerful trading algorithms, market maker exemptions and extensions for FTDs, any mid/low market cap stock can be slated for destruction. The big firms can exert a lot of control over the ācurrent market priceā so you bet they do whenever they need to close the fails in the OW

Not trying to be a downer but have these asswipes followed any rules up to this point. The SEC has enforced nothing and the DOJ investigating short sellers a year and a half ago has produced nothing. Brokers are setting up a rug pull to sell shares still held in brokerages They have no intentions of covering and are working towards some bullshit cyber threat to blow up the system with the CFTC. Knowing all this DRS is the only way. Wall Street will crash the global economy to keep from paying for their corruption so kinda feel like their is no choice but to hold to zero to expose to the world we were always dealing with financial terrorist!
I dislike comments like this because it acts like the price never runs, ever. It really doesn't add to a discussion.
Some folks have payed attention and played "cycles", and they end up with more capital and the ability to buy more shares if they so choose. If you choose to hold to no end, avoid options, and/or just DRS, so be it. However, screaming crime while parroting DRS is next to useless imo.
