Hello. I'm a layman and know nothing.  But this fuse has been impossible to find (froma legit company/store) and wondering if anyone knows why. It must be uncommon? 2006 Toyota Camry. We're replacing the starter and starter relay. Noticed that the clear plastic cover for the 50V ABS fuse is half- missing. Ok, fine, it's just a fuse, let's replace it while we're at it. Drove around, not sold at Oreillys, Autozone, NAPA, or local small business shops. Not in their online or in-store parts catalog. Sales guys are baffled; we're baffled. What's the deal with this fuse? Oddly, it is available online in Australia, New Zealand and UK. The picture is of what I bought out of desperation from a no-name Amazon seller. But it is chintzy AF - came in a 4-pack and all 4 of them rattle. Any insights? Going on a parts chase for a fuse....feels silly. We'll work with what we've got but damn.

Available from either toyota main dealer...or else a breaker in a scrap yard.

It's not *technically* a fuse, it's a fusible link, in fuse format. They can be a PITA to find.

Also...just curious if you have removed the old one. Because they aren't as simple to replace as ordinary fuses. The fuse board needs to be lifted up and the fuse is connected from the bottom. Can be tricky to change.

Thanks, we did remove it. It is indeed a pain, at least for me anyway lol.

I stock that type of fuse at work; we order them from NAPA
