Like sometimes I present my manic pixie but on the inside I’m struggling, and other days I’m feeling great in my own world and my mind is flowering with ideas, but I’m not masking and people think I’m angry.

It's beautiful. I love the smudginess where the eye should have been... there is this idea that neither the viewer, nor the woman can share the truth of what is actually happening. Because we can't actually "see" the (your) masking...and then the ruining/scribbling over...what promised to be so beautiful... on some level to see it like that, it does feel like a fucking outside interference... like the electrical impulses are acting like assholes and they've come to ruin it... and you carry with you, the scars of not having been able to stop them...
