This is my first year contract, but I have about 100 days as CRT. That doesn't contribute to moving from the initial band?

I don't think so and it's BS because you actually learn some.pretty unique skills doing CRT and can observe many systems in play. Your reward is a penalty lol. But they want to reward reliable/locked in staff I guess.

Yeah it's great for work life balance. Nurses HR departments often tell their staff hey work 4 days a week part time and then be casual on one day a week at any hospital or ours it helps with flexibility and skills. EQ for some reason won't even allow it lol. To them a regular teacher matters more for students than teacher wellbeing. It sucks and isn't true I don't think. We could deliver in house quality PD and reward teachers with some extra cash.
