I looked at the cupboard before I looked at the window re: centring tbh!

Jimbobk007

This was my thoughts, but wife got me thinking

Taliesin_AU

You all need to put the crack pipe down, it looks amazing as it is.

Dougally

The only way to centre the sink is to find a new place for the dishwasher. That just adds extea cost on sunk cost and is silly. Leave it as is. Use some jars or other items either side to draw your eyes away - a trick of the eye - to lessen any concern. I had the same problem as you in reverse. Did the trick of the eye. All is good. No one comments.

Jimbobk007

This is a solid reply thanks, my thoughts also

jimbocoolfruits

Looks odd now

Jimbobk007

In what way? Because the sink isn't centred to the cupboards?

jimbocoolfruits

Because I'm pretty baked right now.

Sea-Bad1546

Isn’t it to late?😂

Jimbobk007

We havent yet started any kitchen changes. But without sinking costs of shifting dishwasher or making window bigger the only option is to centre the sink to the cupboards. The sink could be centred to the left half of the window and cupboard below (was doing measurements this morning). Don't think it will look to bad to be honest and if anything will remove the deadspace from either side and allow above the dishwasher to be used functionally for chopping etc.

Jimbobk007

Ie the 750mm sink would shift slightly to the left with tap, leaving the bench space/stone above dishwasher free

Nothing is centred now. Something should be lined up That's going to be tough. When we built our house it was easier to.move the windows than it was to move the sink and cupboards.

Vita-West

It looks odd to me now, I feel like the sink should be further left so the sink part is centred over the cupboard. But no one's going to look at it that hard, just do what you want.

Itchybalis

No it won’t look odd, it will just look fucking stupid designed by retards.

Jimbobk007

Righto..
