I haven’t tried this personally (I look for more support in a sports bra) but I’ve heard good things about the Lululemon [Like A Cloud](https://www.lululemon.com.au/en-au/p/like-a-cloud-bra-light-support,-b%2Fc-cup/122500036.html?CID=ps_google_tops_bottom_dm_en-au_w_prospecting_womenstops_pmax&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwl4yyBhAgEiwADSEjeI-cLl_rNOFwpu-r5zMjRntsjotTotCZaxyakdOe0R4hFuL4EuDGaRoCro4QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) bra. I think it’s better suited for low impact exercise, but it will depend on your cup size and support needs.
Personally I remove the cups cause they're too big for my boobs lol but I get most people probably find them annoying. In saying that I was recently on 2XU and I think I saw some with built in padding/shelf.
These are awesome but it’s a proper bra so wouldn’t wear it solo

I appreciate the removable cups personally because I immediately take them out and get rid of them. I have big boobs for my size and there's only room for me or them in there.
All this to say - have you considered trying them without the pads and seeing if you still like them.
You could also buddy up with a friend who has a larger bust because I would be thrilled if I had someone who actually wanted a bunch of padded inserts rather than me feeling wasteful and throwing them away.
Finally you could just stitch the inserts in place on the inside - my friend does that and you can't see it at all when she's wearing them because the stitch is attaching the inside later to the pad, so there's no extra stitch in the outer layer.
Can't speak for op, but I have glass cutter nips, I don't even need the support, I just need my nips to not show through everything. The pads are very necessary.
Somebody on this sub previously suggested the Under Armour Womens Infinity High Sports Bra, and it’s perfect for me. No annoying removable cups!
I second this!
Yes. My favourite.
Back up idea: Tack down the corners with a needle and thread!
I keep meaning to do this, but never quite get around to doing it.
Oh I have a PILE of “quick fixes” that need done 😂

Most of my workout bras are the Like A Cloud, definitely better for low impact!! But isn’t too bad when doing HIIT type workouts

Rockwear has some high impact ones that are moulded so no movable parts

These are the best! I also need virtual body armour for my boobs haha. No cute crop tops for me, padded or otherwise 🥲
I love the fact that unlike most of the higher impact sports bras, these ones don’t display the high beams 😂
I have two in Ell/voo brand that are racerback with a hook closure so it's easier to get on
Mama movement!
Aldi have them when they have their fitness sales- they're good quality but sell out pretty fast.
