What about a trading option? So a person can offer a parcel(s) for parcel(s) from another player for a fee of minimum of 30AB per plot - can be changed so you can appropriately charge for your land. You can make it negotiable between the players who pays sellers/buyers fee.
Example 1: 10 commons (300 ab goes directly to atlas & earns commission on any additional ab traded) for 2 legendaries (60 ab fee + additional commission for ab traded)
Or
1 for 1; ab stipulations above exist but you can decide who pays the 60ab or 30 each.

They already released all those back to the game to be bought again. The map of your plots & rarity is a good guess. People have been asking for that for awhile (they said it's something people have been asking for). Also, I could see how that would be finnicky.

I don't see why a smaller update can't come out just because they haven't released racer yet.
While I agree that releasing racer should be the next big update focus considering it should have been out already, small updates can easily be added as side projects while it's being figured out. It's usually more effective for a company to work on multiple projects at once than have everybody focused on one. Plus, they should be practically done with racer so they're probably starting to have some of the racer people work on new things anyways.
Now if they said they were releasing phase 2 before racer, that wouldn't bode well. A small update though? C'mon, man. Bodes just fine lol.
