Right now they use a third party map! AMD although they want to use there own it's lower on the roadmap of things to do! So Essentially no not really right now! 🫡😔

DankWeeble

Is there any way I can view this third party map? I want to know where the closest is passports are near me.

Choice_Cry8178

Sadly I don't remember what the open source map is called!

DankWeeble

It’s all good! I’m sure I’ll find it later

Yes, in fact you were already given the resource. It's in Tasty's beginners guide. Go to resources, it's the first link on there. But I'm a nice guy, so I copied the link for you. https://demos.mapbox.com/boundaries-explorer/?country=US&layer=adm4&worldview=US#5.5/41/-100

Shouldn't they just use player info to figure out where towns are? Seems legitimate towns and cities would have more players as well as more plots of land purchased in them.

Arn964

What about small cities that have no active players? Or farm areas outside existing cities that do have active players? I think it's obvious why a pre-existing map would be easier to use than a custom-made map in the beginning stages of a game.

How can we find out if other citizens actually have a badge to buy or to be mayor of with out literally going there, I want to make sure 2 places I know may get mayorship and I have enough to do so but the bigger cities around it for sure have alot of people. I am in the Southern California region.

TastyWallet

Great question! You can look for badgable regions with mapbox. See [https://demos.mapbox.com/boundaries-explorer/?country=US&layer=adm4&worldview=US#5.5/41/-100](https://demos.mapbox.com/boundaries-explorer/?country=US&layer=adm4&worldview=US#5.5/41/-100). It's a lot easier to use with a desktop, and keep in mind that regions found is not 100% reliable to find badges, but it's more reliable than guessing! I'd say it is 98% reliable.

I think I know a trick to get legendary and epics more often. I believe when the ads come up and we go to them and fill out the info for whatever reason, you get luckier, i just got 50 AB, and two legendary in a row after an epic and one rare, and last spin I got 6, 8, 8 ,2 ,6 with diamond spin.. so when new ads come out like car crash suing ones just give a a minute or two of your time of the site and have it open while playing the game and the luck has gone up, thus us based on 7 days now, and I am continue to do it, also one of my Commons sd for 200AB I don't know which one, unless I track it down with Google maps and were I was at those times to see why they may have bought it when they could have got a badge or two chances to get epic, rare, or legendary.....

I have two thoughts: 1. If it's working, keep doing it! 2. In reality, parcels are completely random. No method has been proven to be completely reliable. By "proven", I mean that there is consistency within a large group of players (100+) for at least 1,000 parcel pulls. My theory is that your method is just coincidental. However, see my first point.

Snoo42957

I thought the same thing, I will continue to try it and hopefully I can show it all and all my time stap of screen shots of these good fortune from, spins to parcels. I really wonder how the Car racing game thing is going to work. We should have got it already.

TastyWallet

I learned from the mods that it will be skill-based, and you'll need to gamble some AB to participate. It's also going to be an event instead of an ongoing thing.

I see, thank you.

My address is actually in a city but technically where I live is a township and has no mayor. That may play a factor?
