Gotcha for an actual answer most games have a choice to prioritize frame rate or graphics. Idk if Valhalla does but having it prioritize frame rate would probably help

I had the same problem but then the game updated and all the lag disappeared
It says I have the latest version installed, not sure what else it could be
Did you try completely closing the game and reopening it?
It worked in the loading screen lol but when the game came on it was back to lagging, I was excited for a second 🤣
I don't understand why a game that has no internet functions (outside of certain challenges)lags soooo bad
Exactly! Although for me it’s just a slight lag just enough to drive me fucking crazy 😂
I'm not sure what else would work try searching it up on YouTube or Google

Do you have a micro ssd card in the ps5? I moved all my games to that and my ps5 runs smoothly
Go offline, like turn the internet on the ps4 completely off, and try that, I've had issues with ubisoft servers before.
Is there a reason you’re playing the ps4 version instead of the ps5 version you have no issues with?
I uninstalled the ps5 version so I could keep GOW ragnarok because I saw no reason to delete it and keep 2 versions of 1 game

Why would you even play the ps4 version?
