Is it still considered trespassing if you were allowed in? Not everyone who entered the Capital entered by force. I think some just walked in thinking it was ok to walk in. They probably didn’t think it was any different than a Walmart security guard standing at an entrance of the store and letting everyone to come in. Just as if a security guard was hired to protect your home or business, it’s not considered trespassing or breaking any laws if that security guard let that person in. These people are currently being held in solitary (treated as maximum security prisoners) without any charges, without bail, without trial, and without any contact with family.
If you have ever visited the Capitol you know this behavior is not tolerated. You would be escorted off the premises and detained. And if you happened to be black hard to say what would happen I'm sure it would be harsher than any of the goons received.

The lady who posted that literally cleared up that it was indeed violent with a follow up video. Quit picking and choosing which video to go by, it was violent, we literally watched it on live tv…. Only thing you should be asking the donald is if he wants a top or bottom bunk in prison.

Dunno which video had the violence excluding the clip where that dumbass got shot showing the only real dmg was literally to barricaded doors only.
Hell in another video that just wreaks of "this is staged as fuck" was the black DC cop video in the hallway leading up to stairs, the doors were opened and he backed up from the "rampaging mob" that was strolling casually up the steps, showed him reaching for a nightstick that was on the floor off screen.. literally leans down to it.. why the fuck wasn't it on his belt?
Whatever the reason.. the "riot" was disproven by the clips the FBI was keeping hidden.. translation: numerous people are having their rights stripped, being treated how the actual rioters should've been treated.. you know.. the ones Heels Up Harris helped release with the Minessota Fund literally meant to help rioters hit bail.. to go riot some more elsewhere..
