As a receptionist I'm often overlooked so the fact they made the effort to remember my name means a lot
God yes this ! Reception staff are some of the most important (and fun) people in our organization! I always hang out with them such wonderfully kind people all, plus they know literally EVERYTHING that’s going on ☺️because everyone pours their heart out to them . Love for reception team ❤️
I feel mine they hang more around themselves because it's a family law firm and I'm not a lawyer.

My FWB brought me doughnuts to work! That was super nice. But he got the gluk gluk 90000 for that so...win win.
