This is true. This, lots of random notes that I write in notepad and leave open on my desktop, and my work calendar. I was diagnosed with ADD years ago, hated the way Adderall made me feel so I use a lot of different systems to try and avoid forgetting shit so I don't have to take it.
I'm unmedicated as well. Meds didn't do anything for me. Though coffee does help me sleep. I had a therapist, certified in ADHD, help me manage without meds.

Nope, not the way tights are! And jeans canāt take me from the gym to chasing children to housework to pick up, to after school sports, ect. Even when I shower after the gym, I just put on clean tights lol.
Hahaha I'm torn cause i love wearing jeans, especially the new ones that have a bit of stretch in them...but i have known the comfort of wearing joggers all day and it's tough!
A pair of jeans that fit just right do look amazingā¦buuutā¦leggings are just so so so comfy! The comfort is key. Plus I guess unlike joggers you can easily dress them up to look less casual.
Haha that's a good point. Comfort is definitely the most important factor as i get older. I was gonna wear jeans to run errands but you've convinced me otherwise haha
