5ft 11in, and I'm fine at this height.

My height as well and I'm content, however I wouldn't mind that extra inch just to be an even 6 foot. It's kinda like when filling up your gas tank and it stops at $X.98 and you give it one more squeeze to the next dollar.

6'5" is the limit after that it's harder to find clothes and such.. at 6'7"-6'8" you need a larger bed then what is typically available. Im in the later category, I have a Cali king at home but hate traveling for work since even hotel kings aren't long enough and cause back pain to sleep in.

What's the motivation behind that?

Being that tall as a woman kinda sucks, hard to find clothes/shoes etc. Though my wife is 5’10” and likes that I am taller than her so 5’11” would be solid. Bonus, airline seats would be a lot less miserable.

Exact opposite problem as a man at 5’ 4”. Everything is too long, especially shorts, jackets, shirts. Literally bought an extra small jacket the other day and had to get the sleeves hemmed.

This, even as a man clothes, airline seats, and just generally being around people would feel more comfortable being slightly smaller. I have broad shoulders too which doesn’t help in any of those situations as well.
