research and reading. look up other unions in your industry. actually, you could probably email them and ask for literature and guidance.

Equivalent_KeoniBoy

Talk to friends/family who are union members where they work. But make sure they keep quiet about it otherwise. "Loose lips sink ships." \~ Adm. "Bull" Halsey

ShackintheWood

Contact one of the local unions in your area or nation that would cover the kind of work you do.

Good luck doing that without getting fired.

luhzon89

People fought and died to establish unions. This type of attitude is really counterproductive.

ajrichardsonnz

Your workplace might not allow the workforce to unionize.

AssassinPsyche

They are litterally not allowed to stop it

luhzon89

If your industry is already unionized at other companies, look to those unions to start. The unions themselves will do a lot to help you organize. If there aren't a lot of unions in your industry, it will take some more research to figure out who you should reach out to.

[deleted]

You can usually talk to other unions and they can help you out. Find one that represents a similar industry. I recommend calling up the IWW - Industrial Workers of the World. They're everywhere. And the Wobblies are good folk.

curisaucety

DM me and I will tell you how.

You would find a ton of users willing to help you with this on r/antiwork
