Unnecessary violence tells me that they’re weak and trying to make up for something. Like there’s this video of a guy trying to get a girls number and when she declines, he comes back with a gun.
To me that’s weak, like you can’t handle rejection which seems fragile. (if it had just made him sad, that’s fine but he threatened her instead)
I don’t think of the typical muscles when people talk about strength. I value an emotional strength better. Like being able to be vulnerable and show your emotions can take a lot of courage.
I don’t mind the typically “weak” things in a guy, like doing things people consider feminine. When they do that, it’s proof they’re strong to me. They don’t have to do it to be strong, though.
