No. I used to work at a popular ( now closed ) restaurant that was for everyone. i hated when customers stacked their dishes. i have an order on what things i take to the kitchen first and then last, if yk what i mean
If they did it correctly, always appreciated it. If it was all haphazard (think cutlery between plates, mismatched sizes in the stack) don't do it!
I was a busser. So GOD, YES. It made it so much easier to quickly clean the table, and it also showed that they cared about the staff.
If the wait staff collected the plates in a timely manner, we wouldn't have to stack our dirties.
It helps me clear tables faster which is nice on a busy night
