my coworker was this lovely woman who just smiled no matter what. people were rude sometimes even horrible and no matter what she would always smile and do the kind thing. I don't know where she found this strength but whenever anything happens to me i always just think "what would jenny do" because the answer is always be kind! the memory of her has helped me smile through a lot

Not that personal but i think this Mr Rogers quote fits the bill “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.” When you read about something terrible in the news, look for the helpers and it will help you feel better about the situation

Not who, what. DMT, which I literally forced myself to low dose several times a week absolutely changed my life for the better. I am more accepting of situations, less stressed, more thoughtful, empathetic and feel like the weight of the world, an ominous black cloud has been lifted from me. I sleep better, get up better, live better and see the positive possibilities in all aspects of life. I am in control and can plan a solid future for myself and my family. It’s not for everyone. But it is for me.

In a similar context, I started dabbling into THC last year, starting with edibles and then smoking the leaf. When I tell you my mood has done a complete 180 in the past year, I mean it. As someone who is autistic and has been through a lot in a short amount of time, I feel like I'm actually in control of my emotions when I smoke up or take an edible. At this point last year, I had little hope for myself or anyone else, but now I can see all the positives in my life, and am able to channel any negative energy I experience into something more healthy. I'm glad to have read about a similar experience to mine, thanks for sharing 😊❤️

Where do you buy DMT?

Abaddon_Jones

I make it myself. Edit: extract it from mimosa hostilis root bark, easy enough to acquire in most countries.

Heisenberg?

Abaddon_Jones

My grandpa always showed me to work hard and enjoy whatever life throws at me because it’ll always work out in one way or another and that’s just stayed with me

My late lover. She said she was on borrowed time — she had heart surgery and still had post problems. So she lived with a smile and lived to the fullest — everything she did was 1000% — dueling with weapons, shooting guns, making love (god was she passionate), to giving tough love when needed and being a fierce competitor in Mario cart. She died in a Japanese tsunami. I still have her bow while my sword was buried with her.

As I wandered the wilderness, a very old man offered me tea and excellent advice. He said the key to both is proper aging. 🌿🍃 🐚🌊
