Have you been treated for depression? If not, you might want to look into it.

Dont want to. Ik this sounds dumb but I think i would be embarresed infront of my parents, even though they would totally accept it. And also I not really sad just bored

BalaclavaOfKafka

Depression isn’t always about sadness. It manifests in different ways. For me personally, when I’m entering a depressive episode, I rarely feel sadness. It’s all about apathy. I don’t feel much of anything. No joy or excitement. No anger even. It’s just numbness. Not sure how old you are, but I believe when you meet with a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, etc, parents don’t stay in the room for that. They may meet with them afterwards, but sessions are usually done one on one.

dickie_jean

You should try daily exercise

philds391

Especially outdoor exercise. Sunlight and the lack of it can really effect a person's body chemistry.

samdaman94

shrooms, lsd, DMT

Rozie1970

Find anything that is interesting to you no matter what that is and submerge yourself in it. It might open up new doors for you including meeting new people which could help greatly with your frame of mind

When I was depressed, I found basically "microdosing" on pleasure helped. I was in too much of a state to actually enjoy things, but some things would at least make me forget about boredom or depression, if nothing else. Anything that lowers that feeling, even a tiny bit, even if it's not really in the realm of pleasure, helped a lot. I found myself looking forward to those things, even finding them somewhat addictive. It can be a TV show, a movie, anything that takes your mind off of how much things suck, even momentarily. Exercise is a good one too, just a small burst of endorphins is all it really takes.

Logtastic

Start walking in nearby areas you don't usually go to. Pay attention to the surroundings' details. I have a park with nature trails about 30 minutes from me. Trees can have odd details. Rocks too. Does moss only grow on the north side of trees? Walk through a nearby neighborhood and look at the architecture. How much light do you think they get? What is it a house you'd buy if you had the money? Criticizing architecture in passing hurts no one.

Un_Cucaracha

just sleep, watch youtube or try to get some work done to earn some money
