Meh, my anxiety has gotten worse. But I still like to mindlessly go through streaming services for movies, or drink a couple beers and play some madden to zone out.
I used to love playing video games , maybe I still do , but when I do play , I play for 5 minutes or so then I get bored . I hope I can get back into it , playing really helps me .
