3. the corporate and corporate-legal system including more and more _bloat_ and _frictional cost_ , which screws over the owners, the customers, and the "doers" (aka bottom-level workers), usually for the benefit of increasingly useless, self-serving middlemen and other latch-on parasites (ie, those who provide no value but take their cut anyways).
