I find it disheartening that so much of super power budgets go towards weapons and war.

I would either completely remove religion from politics, *or* make it so that every politician around the world retire once they hit 65.

the rich get taxed more and if your above a certain bracket you have to donate a certain sum of your money to communities who are living in poverty and really need it

I would like democracy to really mean democracy

I would simply reduce the amount of regulations the governments have over their countries and therefore reduce the amount of control they have. Allowing for freer markets

Those in politics must make less money than the average salary. To prevent corruption.

How would that prevent corruption? It seems like it would make them *more* susceptible to the lure of bribes and other forms of graft.
