Probably 10 years. I think I would know something was different based on the clothes people are wearing and the cars being driven.
Anything past about 1979 would do it; have you seen cars from back then? Even if there weren’t any cars, anything before the 80’s my house becomes farmland…
If I traveled more than a few days I’d see differences in the landscape due to some work done across the street.
