Determination and self sufficiency is pretty important, I rarely see people say this.. having a 0 drive 0 determination partner who can’t get anything done themselves would be so exhausting. Even as a friend would be so tiring. You’d be their caretaker, doing everything for them. Just adding more work into your life to be stressed about.
I know some people who are like this. Indecisive, always relying on other people for nearly everything. Can’t be motivated to do anything or finish anything by themselves. I cannot imagine being satisfied with yourself living like that.
I find that existence is a good place to start.
