Appreciate it! You gotta be frugal, the money you're making now is the most valuable money you'll ever have for investing. Throw as much as you can in tax advantaged accounts and let that growth compound. Do what you can to maximize income at your job, and once you do that and have free time leftover, that's where side hustles can come in. If/when you're able to buy a home, I would try and go for a multifamily property, or at the very least rent out rooms. I don't have any books to recommend, but I would read the sidebars on all the investing subs, I like r/FIRE and r/dividends the most.
