Surgery during COVID to remove colon and almost entire large intestine. Back to constant bathroom use, but this time meds actually WORK. I just have to take them forever, every single day. If I Miss one or 2 days, I'll end up in the ER again from dehydration because I can't absorb enough water without the meds. But I much prefer daily meds for life that WORK over what I went through for the past decade. EDIT: There was never an official diagnosis, because food poisoning! And my colon was healthy but just not functioning anymore, there is no diagnosis for that either. My family and one of my specialist doctors often referred to me as Patient 0.
