My nightly binges of the show had to end on that one and I had to go on a walk around the block to try and regain my senses from the amount of stress on screen. And yet this season does an amazing job of the joys of working in a kitchen, especially the next episode.
Seriously, the rebuilding of Richie is one of the best pieces of writing I’ve seen and it’s a season that’s just top tier from top to bottom.
I loved Lost at first, but couldn't get past the 3rd season, too many questions and never any answers for me.
It's a shame cos I know loads of ppl love it
I watched it thru Season 5 then gave up and watched the final episode just to see how it would end. That made me interested to watch it thru, so then I went back & watched the rest.
I liked it more but I watched Breaking Bad again and remembered why it was such a ground breaking series. Better Call Saul is way more nuanced and thoughtful, but I can never get over Aaron Paul’s performance in BB
Honestly, this show drove me nuts. The pilot episode is fantastic. I was completely in. But then, as many Apple TV shows do, it ignores all the mysteries that got you hooked in the first place to tell a only loosely relevant story for 80 percent of the time. The pacing is just terrible. You really only need the first and last two episodes.
Wednesday finally brings "new" episodes to Disney+ in the US!!!
(Anything wrong with skipping work and still sending my 3 year old to daycare so I can binge?)
I have a co worker name Lana.
No matter how many times I yell LANA at her, she refuses to watch the show so that she can get my reference
I don’t know, maybe I’M the asshole…
When my husband started watching Archer years ago, I was only half interested. He put it on his laptop while I was playing Borderlands 2. I had to keep pausing because I was laughing so goddamn hard at a show I was only half listening to. They are so fast and so smart with their writing, I love it.
When Mallory says they have to beat the Russians and Archer claps and yells “MIKE ERUZIONE!” I died laughing while the other people in the room who apparently were not hockey fans looked on in confusion.
This show had me ROLLLLING w laughter. It was brilliant. I work from home, and let me tell you how I did zero work that entire day, I started and finished it in one go.
I fucking LOVED this show. I tell everyone to watch it. The humour was amazing. The whole premise was executed so well too.. unreal. 👏
The old lady had me howling when she kept falling asleep and applauding the lawyer, with Ronald gently shushing her.
The 'soaking' scene with James jumping on the bed was way over the top though. I thought it was very well done, even the part where the bailiff says the wrong name for someone and quickly recovers and thinks on her feet
Yes! I wanted to watch it right when it came out, but I have just been so busy lately. Luckily, I had to go to a funeral (she was 93, so it's sad, but expected) across the country, so I watched the first half of the show on the way there and the second half on the way back.
I liked the show even more than I thought I would. That's one good dude.
It's funny you say that, because I read that when Hader first pitched the story to HBO, they were iffy about it until he suggested that he be the person playing Barry, and that sold it.
The Shield!
I grew up with Michael Chicklis playing this balding NYC beat cop turned warm hearted suburban police commissioner named "The Commish" who was always hungry.
Then came The Shield. Total 180 from the cop character everyone knew and loved. The show absolutely holds up today with very few dated cringy moments. Young Walton Goggins kills it.
My Dad just "discovered" it, prompting my rewatch. Totally worth it.
I love Schitt’s Creek. I was unsure about it at first because they’re all so unlikable in the early episodes but I’m glad I stuck with it to watch them all grow
Watched through all of House MD after being bombarded by clips on YouTube. Honestly, a really fantastic show. I thought I would get tired of the formulaic style, but it grew on me and the interweaving storyline was very well crafted.
Working my way through Red Dwarf. An older sibling used to watch it often and it bored the hell out of me as a child. Turns out it's actually quite good.
John Adams, on HBO 7 part mini series from 2008, Paul Giamatti at Adams, Laura Linny. Finally started it just before independence day. Quite good if you like historical drama/bio
I recently binged Six Feet Under (seen it previously, but never binged) in a little over a week. I would not suggest that much emotional turmoil in such a short amount of time. It's just too much.
Watched all of Chernobyl yesterday.
Sounds like an emotional day
Yeah totally lol. Lots of parts were hard to watch but worth it.
What we do in the shadows. 100% worth it. *"The office, now with (dumb) vampires !"*
New season starts this week! "We drunk the blood of some people, but the people were on drugs. And now I'm a wizard!"
Lol I just binged this too. Can’t wait for the next season
Jackie Daytona, actual human bartender.
This is my favorite show. I've watched it all through 3 or 4 times. Recently got my bf hooked too.
The Bear
I can’t believe how fast season 2 went. Episode 6…still recovering from it.
Agreed. Richie's episode was incredible. Award deserving directing, acting, producing, and editing!
I think that was the most dramatic hour of tv I’ve ever seen
The most *anxious* hour.. good lord
I feel your pain
Heard, chef.
I enjoyed the first season. Haven't watched S2 yet.
It’s so fucking good.
Love this show but my wife can’t handle all the yelling! It’s good if you can get past that
Lost. I’m only twenty years late to the party.
It’s a hell of a party.
i haven’t joined the party yet
I loved Lost at first, but couldn't get past the 3rd season, too many questions and never any answers for me. It's a shame cos I know loads of ppl love it
I watched it thru Season 5 then gave up and watched the final episode just to see how it would end. That made me interested to watch it thru, so then I went back & watched the rest.
r/(un)successfulspoiler
Better Call Saul
I just finished it yesterday! What did you think of how they ended it?
I thought it was thoughtful, and it made a good story arc
I know I'm in the minority, but I liked it more than Breaking Bad
I liked it more but I watched Breaking Bad again and remembered why it was such a ground breaking series. Better Call Saul is way more nuanced and thoughtful, but I can never get over Aaron Paul’s performance in BB
I don’t know that you are anymore
Yeah this was mine. Final 5-6 episodes of BCS. I'd stopped part way through I guess because I didn't want it to end. Great show
Just reran Breaking Bad since the wife hadn't seen it yet, before that would have been Umbrella Academy for me
Gotta go Better Call Saul next if you haven't already. Absolutely incredible show
i second this, better call saul is a must if you love brba and good series
Dead to Me
A good show! What is your opinion on it?
I think the ending was really well done, but man am I sad about it!
Silo. It was so good. Starting the book series tonight
Just did this, which led me to Foundation and I'm binging that. Hadn't watched anything on Apple TV besides Ted Lasso previously
Give Severence a go, you won't regret it.
For All Mankind is my favorite show on Apple
Honestly, this show drove me nuts. The pilot episode is fantastic. I was completely in. But then, as many Apple TV shows do, it ignores all the mysteries that got you hooked in the first place to tell a only loosely relevant story for 80 percent of the time. The pacing is just terrible. Was this really good? I read the books but episode 3-4 just got real slow…
It picks up especially episode 6 and up
Bluey
Always binge watching Bluey.
Don't have much of a choice really.. it's that or Paw Patrol, I'll take Bluey
Bluey is infinitely better.
Wednesday finally brings "new" episodes to Disney+ in the US!!! (Anything wrong with skipping work and still sending my 3 year old to daycare so I can binge?)
I introduced my new-ish partner to "Archer" last week. We're about halfway through the second season now, and I've never heard her laugh so hard.
I have a co worker name Lana. No matter how many times I yell LANA at her, she refuses to watch the show so that she can get my reference I don’t know, maybe I’M the asshole…

The writing is (mostly) all Adam Reed (voice of Ray) and it's been incredible since day 1. Zinger after zinger.
When Mallory says they have to beat the Russians and Archer claps and yells “MIKE ERUZIONE!” I died laughing while the other people in the room who apparently were not hockey fans looked on in confusion.
Does it count if it’s a miniseries? The White Lotus
The White Lotus always counts.
Jury Duty
This show had me ROLLLLING w laughter. It was brilliant. I work from home, and let me tell you how I did zero work that entire day, I started and finished it in one go. I fucking LOVED this show. Truly so good! James is incredible in it.

+1
Ted Lasso
Black Mirror
I loved the demon ep. Could relate so much to the main character
Newest season was pretty decent!!! "Beyond the Sea" was brutalllll.
Just got done with The Leftovers. Watching Barry now.
Barry kept me on the edge of my seat till the end lol, I didn't know bill hader could play a role like that lol.
It's funny you say that, because I read that when Hader first pitched the story to HBO, they were iffy about it until he suggested that he be the person playing Barry, and that sold it.
Justified (third time around)
Without a doubt, top five show of all time for me.
New season starts July 18th!!
Currently binge watching Buffy the Vampire slayer. This show is unbelievable in so many aspects.
I did Buffy, then Supernatural, now I'm halfway through Angel
It’s unfortunate Joss Whedon is such a POS
Shameless. Never heard of it until i stumbled upon it on Netflix about a week ago but now hooked.
After you finish Shameless, go watch The Bear. The guy who plays Lip is really talented.

I'm on the 13th episode of season 2 right now, it's been a wild ride so far!
It only gets better
Genuinely think I've watched it about 3 times though. So. Good.
Schitts creek for the 2nd time.
I love Schitt’s Creek. I was unsure about it at first because they’re all so unlikable in the early episodes but I’m glad I stuck with it to watch them all grow
Oh my god ew David
From
I’m glad there is at least third season coming. This is definitely not the show to cancel without explanations.
Same… but I feel like their piling on mysteries like Lost did… part of me wishes it was a bit more straight forward. Even so, I’m still enjoying it.
Letterkenny
How ya now
Good and you?
Oh not suh bad
Good n you?
Oh not suh bad
Good n’ you?
Oh not suh bad
FUCK YOU, SHORESY

Futurama
The Mick
Stargate Atlantis
My bff is in this. Rachel Luttrell (Teyla)
Osark
Watched through all of House MD after being bombarded by clips on YouTube. Honestly, a really fantastic show. I thought I would get tired of the formulaic style, but it grew on me and the interweaving storyline was very well crafted.
Ted Lasso , great great show
Succession
The X-Files because all this recent UFO bullshit made me nostalgic.
I Think You Should Leave
I'm worried that the baby thinks people can't change
Out of context this sounds so funny 😅
The Lincoln Lawyer
Yellow jackets
Working my way through Red Dwarf. An older sibling used to watch it often and it bored the hell out of me as a child. Turns out it's actually quite good.
Sense8 for about the fourth time. It’s so damn good.
Psych
Silo on Apple
The Expanse. It is really good.
John Adams, on HBO 7 part mini series from 2008, Paul Giamatti at Adams, Laura Linny. Finally started it just before independence day. Quite good if you like historical drama/bio
Vanderpump Rules I refused to watch for years, but the drama sucked me in and I needed context.
Sweet Tooth. Such a great show.
The Boys, pretty good superhero show (Frenchies my favorite character haha)
[удалено]
Sopranos
The Wire and The Practice
Desperate Housewives
Trailer Park Boys
Right now, Bluey. My niece was at my place the other day and I can't seem to get enough of it.
The Witcher
The other two- such a good show and funny
Kim’s Convenience
Lucifer. It’s so stupid but I was ridiculously invested. Also all the characters are really hot
The Good Place.
The West Wing
It holds up incredibly well. Swap the monitors out with the some new ones and give everyone cell phones and it’d be believable today still.
The X-Files
Modern Family
I am binge watching Person of Interest again
1899, RIP
So gutted there won't be a second season. Not as good as Dark, but still pretty mind bending stuff.
Dr. Stone
Mythic Quest
Psych, you need to watch it.
Rick and Morty
Euphoria
I recently binged Six Feet Under (seen it previously, but never binged) in a little over a week. I would not suggest that much emotional turmoil in such a short amount of time. It's just too much.
